How We Estimate
At BK Junk Removal, estimates are based on the information, photos, and/or videos provided before service. Final pricing may vary once our team arrives and reviews the full scope of work.
Pricing may depend on:
- The actual amount of junk being removed
- Trailer space and number of loads needed
- Labor required
- Number of dump runs
- Accessibility of the items
- Disposal or dump fees
No Surprise Charges
If the job is larger than the original estimate, we will notify you before continuing. An updated price will be provided for your approval before any additional work is completed.
